Goddard Consulting have worked with Picturehouse Cinemas on three London-based projects. Picturehouse’s flagship cinema resides in The Trocadero, a complex of listed buildings and a key hub in Central London’s entertainment district. The previous building underwent an extensive restoration and conversion to create the cinema, restaurant, bar, café and an impressive roof terrace, which spans three floors of the upper levels.
The Crouch End Picturehouse was once a factory and office building residing on Tottenham Lane in North London. After a £4.5 million refurbishment project, the existing 1950s buildings were transformed into a 5-screen, 600-seat cinema, complete with bar area, private dining room and a number of reception spaces available for hire.
East Dulwich’s 3-screen 250 seat Picturehouse cinema is located on the Lordship Lane High Street. This cosy and intimate cinema was converted from a Victorian church and school house, and boasts a stylish café/bar, 50-capacity conservatory and a garden area.
