Brackley Town Hall is a Grade II listed building, residing within the picturesque Brackley Old Town Conservation Area. Haverstock architects were tasked with carrying out a comprehensive £3 million restoration and adaptation of the Town Hall, which was built in the early 1700s.
The project saw the introduction of new community spaces, a ground floor commercial unit, and an attic holiday let to provide an income for the continual maintenance and care of the building. A new roof, lift and staircase were also installed, and further internal and external repairs and redecorations took place throughout the building.
Goddard Consulting were the appointed Principal Designer Advisers for the project, which was a recent winner of the RIBA East Midlands Award.
