Barbican House was once a vacant 1960s commercial building, situated on the boundaries of both the St. Luke’s Conservation Area and the Hat and Feathers Conservation Area.
Marek Wojciechowski Architects were appointed to redesign this unloved East End building into eight high end residential apartments, whilst retaining a ground floor commercial unit.
Goddard Consulting were CDM Consultants for this £4 million project, which was shortlisted for the AJ Retrofit Housing Award Under £5 million.
