CDM Regulations
The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 cover the management of health, safety and welfare when carrying out construction projects. They came into force on 6th April 2015 and replaced the previous legislation CDM2007. The key changes in the new Regulations from CDM 2007 are explained here.
