Established in 1937, the National Maritime Museum forms part of the Maritime Greenwich World Heritage Site. Since 2011, Goddard Consulting have provided CDM services for a number of projects at this historic building.
Our first appointment was to the refurbishment of the Stanhope Entrance, closely followed by the installation of the Voyager’s Gallery, a permanent exhibition space in the £35million Sammy Ofer wing. We have also worked on the installation of two exciting exhibitions, ‘Ships, Clocks & Stars – The Quest for Longitude’ and ‘Turner and the Seas’. Our most recent project was the installation of the ‘Endeavour Galleries’, which created four permanent galleries in the East Wing, an area previously closed to exhibition visitors.
