Goddard Consulting were appointed for the fit out of existing shell at Oyster Wharf to create 14 high specification residential units and 6,000 sq ft of office space.
Construction took place over 3 floors of the prestigious development in Battersea, and included the installation of a new lift and refurbishment of the entrance hall and communal areas. The remaining residential units remained occupied during the works.
