This extensive project at 1-3 Colebrook Place saw the demolition of an existing commercial building and construction of a mixed use commercial and residential structure.
The new structure comprises of a basement, ground floor office space and 6 flats over the first and second floors.
Goddard Consulting faced various issues throughout the project including restricted access to the site which resulted in carefully managed and timed deliveries.
In order to satisfy the requirements of the Party Wall Award, detailed method statements were required for the demolition and installation of the foundation solution.
