During the eighteenth century Arlington Street, Mayfair was nicknamed ‘Ministerial Street’, due to the number of politicians residing in the area, and No.5 was home to Britain’s longest serving Prime Minister, Sir Robert Walpole.
Goddard Consulting were appointed to oversee the CDM during the conversion of No. 4 and No. 5 into five luxury apartments.
Retaining the period features, such as the original fireplaces and large windows was of paramount importance throughout the project.
The stunning apartments received the Evening Standard New Home Awards 2012 Winner for the Best Penthouse.
